Magnolia Card

It is bittersweet sharing my last DT card here for Quick Creations. It has been a pleasure working with this great DT and owner, Noelle, for nearly 2 years.  Wishing everyone a Happy New Years and best fortunes in wherever comes your way.

Today's card showcases one of my favorite companies, Magnolia.  This adorable image is called "Up Up and Away".  As usual, I colored the image with my Copics.  I paired the image with the lovely paper collection by Simply Creative called Flower Girl Power.

I will also be entering this on into a few challenges:

As the store is closing, there is a great sale going on right now.

Another Holiday Card

So I used some of my now retired stamp company. These images are still some of my favorites so I just could not part with them. I decided to do a more neutral card so that I can give it out to anyone I need to during the holidays.

The sentiment is from a Whimsy Stamp set I have. Love these great little sentiments and the stamp set is from a border die I have. I again colored it with my Copics and then mounted it on a kraft card.

The adorable image is from Greeting Far and I colored it with my Copics.  I then added some embellishments from my stash. I actually got the stick pins in a swap so I can not take credit for those.

Layout Time

Hello everyone. It is Olivia again and today I am back with a Scrapbook Layout. I try to do some pages of major events in my children's life at least because I often fall behind in my goals to get more pages done.  At least this one is done in the same year it happened.

For this layout, I used the papers from the Carta Bella, HomeMade with Love. I love the rich colors of this collections.  I also added some embellishments from my stash and a mini Gorjuss stamp, Purrrrfect Love in my layout

Be sure to check out all the great papers and embellishments as well that work great with layout or other projects as well.

It is a Very Mice Birthday for Quick Creations

You liked that play on words didn't you. Today, it is me Olivia back to showcase an adorable card I created for Quick Creations featuring the stamp CC Designs-Birthday Mice via artist Roberto Rascals.  What is great is that these stamps come individually and in a clear stamp form but I did decided to pair them together.

As usual, I colored the image with my Copics.  I used Echo Park Party Time Paper Collection .   I added some enamel dots and embellishments I had in my stash as well.

Hope you enjoyed this card and be sure to check out all the great items available and our monthly challenge too.

Hello everyone. It is Olivia and I am back for my DT post creation for Quick Creations. For this project I created a pocket letter using some of the new mini Santoro Gorjuss Girls Set. I used the stamps called The Black Star, Ladybird and the White Rabbit. I paper pieced most of the stamps outfits and used my Copics to color the rest.

I paired the stamps with the paper set KaiserCraft Cottage Rose paper.  I added some embellishments from my stash.

Finally finished a Halloween Card

I managed to get my hands on a retired kit that I have wanted for some time from Krafty Kimmie.  I colored this image up and created a Halloween card.

As usual I colored it with my Copics. I got some great themed sequins kits from Kat's Scrapiness Store and use it on the card. I also added some black stickle to give the smoke a bit of a sparkle. The rest of the embellishments are from my stash.

I will be adding this one to a few challenges:

Quick Creations-Yin & Yang

Hello everyone.
It is me Olivia and it is time for my DT post. Today I am showcasing this adorable image from Whipper Snapper designs called Ying & Yang.  These adorable mice are snuggles up together like the best of friends. I decided to add a more vintage feel, I sponged around the image and rough up the edges on the card.

I paired this set with the lovely paper set from Prima called Tales of You

As usual, I colored the image with my Copics and use some embellishments from my stash as well.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to enter into our current challenge
 which is Warm Colors.

Welcome back everyone. It is Olivia again and this will be my final time that I will be sharing one of my inspiration cards with you.  It has been a fantastic time working with all the amazing products and the lovely DT members.

Today I decided to make a Congratulations card for my former boss. She has moved into another job position after 24 years. She will be dearly missed and we are all excited for her.

For this card, I used the Die-Versions Dies. Unfortunately it is a close out one but there are many other lovely doily style dies in their collection. I then paired it with some Cheery Lynn Flourishes. I often do trim my dies as needed so that it works with the card. The sentiment is from TrimCraft Traditional Sentiment Set and I used the Cutting Die-Rolled Up Roses on this card as well.

DiesRUs Butterfly Tag

Hello everyone. It is Olivia here and today I created a cute tag to go along with a gift I was giving for a friend who has been having a rough patch.

To create the tag, I trimmed some of my Kraft cardstock down to 3x5.  I then used my corner under and the hole punch to create the hole for the ribbon.  For this one I used a butterfly die set via Cherry Lynn called Butterfly In. I actually cut the Butterfly twice in two different colors and then trimmed some of the extra swirls off to get the look that I wanted. This die is actually quite long.  I then added some flowers and enamel dots from my stash. The sentiment was part of the paper set that I used.  I really love Butterflies and DiesRUs has so many beautiful ones available in the store.

Kraftin Kimmie-Fairy Loved

Welcome back everyone. It is Olivia and today I am showcasing some of the newer Kraftin Kimmie stamps, Fairy Loved, available at Quick Creations. For this card, I decided to showcase both of the fairy stamps that came on the set. That is one of the things that makes clear stamps so easy to work with as you can see how they will work together. I colored the image with my Copics and use this adorably bright and happy patterned paper, Perfectly Plaid by Lawn Fawn. I also added some Prima Fun Fair Enamel Dots to the card.

Masculine Theme Card

Hello everyone. It is Olivia here and today I decided to showcase a more masculine theme card using some of the lovely dies from DiesRUs.  For this card I used the Die-Versions Whispers Hot Air Balloon Birthday Die.  One of the things I love about this die is that the Happy Birthday is a separate die so you can use the Hot Air Balloon on it's own which is what I did in this case.

I cut out the balloon twice. Once on the blue cardstock and then again on an orange cardstock. I then took the inside pieces from the orange die cut to fill the blue balloon.  I used a stamp from my collection to add a sentiment to the bottom part of the die.

Treat Holder Door Hanger

Hey everyone. It is Olivia here with my first DT project for this month. Sometimes I decide to spice things up a bit and do a more 3D project so I am here today with at Door hanger treat box.  I used a tutorial I found on youtube via Scrappinology.

I thought this would be so cute to stuff with some candies, gift card and whatever other goodies you want for a friend to brighten their day as it could be use really for any holiday.

This little box is showcasing this adorable stamp by CC Designs called Cake Nancy. I colored the image with my Copics. I use the papers from CC Designs-Rainbows 6x6 Pad.  For the sentiment-I cut out the letters using the Mini Alpha & Number Dies from CC Designs.

Hope you enjoyed this project.

Fall Theme Thank you Card

So guess what I got to do on my kids first day back at school!! Finish up some cards. Yeah. I decided to finally use some of my old Whiff of Joy stamps I had that I have not colored up to enter into some challenges.

As usual, I colored it up with my Copics and then used some papers from my stash to create this card. I was inspired to use a sketch from a Challenge too for this one. The die is from Paper Smooches and I used my Spellbinder dies to cut out the colored image.

CAS style card

Welcome back everyone. It is Olivia here and just wanted to share a more CAS style card I made for an adult friend of mine for her birthday. It is still very girly but easy enough to mail out.

I started out with a plain cardstock paper on beige and use my distress inkers and sponge it on. I used the Die-Namites Butterfly Frame Die. I took the sentiment that came in the Die-Versions Hot Air Birthday Balloon and then used the Happy Birthday die as the sentiment in the middle.  I finished it off with using some flowers I had in my stash.

Happy Birthday Die Topper Card

Today I decided to use some the Memory Box Dies Happy Birthday Die in conjunction with a colored stamp. I decided to use this die directly to the top of the paper for the card as that the die works like a border. In order to do that, the die is placed on the very top of the paper to create a one layer look. I used colored paper underneath to help the die pop.
The stamp images is surrounded by a scallop circle die.
